Dialpad investigated issues of customers having connectivity issues to the Dialpad cloud. It was confirmed as being related to a Google Cloud Networking incident, which is noted here - https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/cloud-networking/18018.

Google has resolved the issue, and all Dialpad services are now back to normal.
